Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble any furniture and place all components, hardware, and original documentation back into the original shipping crate or box.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
